What is a good gift for my dying neighbor? - helping hands hospice

My next door neighbors, an elderly couple and the woman in the palliative care of cancer. The man is relativley healthy and still works. I have never spoken to them, and then removed. My husband met the Lord, while outside one day. He said he has a difficult time with everything. I want to give them something to express our solidarity and offer a hand. Suggestions?
